Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The site visit, the 3D design and the fixed quote are free, with no obligation.
How long does a project take?
Lighting takes a few days, most landscaping and patio projects two to four weeks, outdoor kitchens four to eight. You get the schedule with the quote.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and submit them, and we build only after approval.
What if it rains or something changes?
Weather days are built into the schedule. Any change you ask for is priced in writing before we build it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, for projects over $10,000, through our lending partner. Checking your rate does not affect your credit score.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years on all our workmanship, one year on plants, and five years on lighting fixtures.
